FOR ALL NEW AND EXISTING BOOKINGS FALLING ON PERIOD OF STAY 01.01.20 AND ONWARDS THE "TOURISM DIRHAM" FEE OF
AED 20 (6$) PER EACH ROOM/BEDROOM, PER NIGHT WILL BE APPLIED BY THE HOTEL AND WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY BY HOTEL
GUESTS DURING CHECK-IN.

MEAL POLICY

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast will be served at the All-Day Dining restaurant. Breakfast for Club Rooms and Suites is avalaible in Coral Lounge and subject to seasonal operational changes. Half Board Dine Around: Half board is defined as breakfast and lunch or dinner. The meal includes a buffet, or 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person from selected menu & applicable children's menu (up to 11.99 years). No beverages are included in the package. Full board Dine Around: Full board is defined as breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meal includes a buffet, or 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person from selected menu & applicable children's menu (up to 11.99 years). No beverages are included in the package. Half Board Plus Dine Around: Half board is defined as breakfast and lunch or dinner. The meal includes a buffet, or 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person from selected menu & applicable children's menu (up to 11.99 years). Plus will include either two house beer, wine or spirits, per guest, during each of the meals (lunch or dinner) as defined by the respective venue. All-Inclusive Package: Stay Period: 01.05.2025 – 30.09.2025 Package Inclusions: • Breakfast at Aqua • Lunch at OIA, IL Motto Pizzeria, or IL Motto Deli (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm) • Dinner at Aqua, IL Motto Pizzeria, OIA, or IL Motto Deli • Selected alcoholic beverages from 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm at designated outlets as per fact sheet.
NEW YEAR AND CHRISTMAS POLICY :
Christmas Eve Dinner on 24th December (no beverage included). Guest staying on HB will be served lunch only. Compulsory Christmas Day Brunch on 25th December (including house beverage). Guest staying on HB will be served dinner only.
New Year's Eve Dinner on 31.12 is compulsory.


EXTRA BED POLICY
One free baby cot for one infant under 2 years of age can be provided free of charge in any room type with respect to the room type's
maximum occupancy.
Extra Bed for adult and children below 11.99 years in Club Sea View/Sea View/Superior Sea View is a SOFA BED
Extra Bed for adult is a Pull out sofa bed.
Bed Types
All rooms are available with double mattress. Baby cot for infants under 2 years of age can be provided free of charge in any room type with respect

All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is permitted on the balconies.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Early Departures for All Seasons will be charged 100% of the entire stay booked on meal plan booked.
Allamendments of names, arrival & departure dates for existing and confirmed bookings will be considered as a cancellation of the original
booking at any period. Charges for these bookings will be in accordance with cancellation policy above.
In case of No-Show or Early Departure - Full Charge will be applicable.

Situated on the 24th floor with views over the Gulf, offering the following comlimentary benefits to guests staying in Club Sea View Rooms, Sea View Junior Suites and One Bedroom Suites: Breakfast service daily from 7:00am till 11am in the lounge or in the all-day dining restaurant “Aqua” from 6:30am till 11:00am Afternoon Snacks from 3:00pm till 5:00pm Evening hot & cold canapés with selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic house beverages during happy hour from 5:00pm till 7:00pm. Coral Bar within Club Lounge will operate until 7pm, with last order at 06:30pm. All alcoholic orders outside of happy hour timings will be charged separately upon consumption.
